Dividends
Please note - due to a change in the price of the underlying asset dividends for stock indices are settled on the dividend payment date. Dividends will be credited to or deducted from your account on an ex-dividend day based on the position you held the previous day. If you held a BUY position, we will credit your dividend and in the case of a SELL position, the dividend will be deducted. If you hold an open position for more than 1 day, we recommend monitoring the days on which dividends are settled. You can find the weekly schedule in the table above. The breakdown is for guidance only and is subject to a change.
Swap
Swaps are expressed in points (except for stock indices, which are in percentages). Important: Changes in our interest rates and swap calculations are made at the Company's sole discretion and without prior notice. Rates can change rapidly due to market conditions (changes in interest rates, volatility, liquidity, etc.) and various other risk-related reasons that are assessed by the firm itself. The corresponding funds can then be credited to or deducted from your account.
