    Meet 2 of 3 requirements, mentioned below:

The client has carried out transactions, in significant size, on the relevant market at an average frequency of 10 transactions per quarter. All this over the previous four quarters.

The size of the client's financial instrument portfolio, defined as including cash deposits and financial instruments exceeds 500 000 EUR*.

The client works or has worked in the financial sector for at least one year in a professional position, which requires knowledge of the transactions or services envisaged.


* Financial instruments - equities, derivatives (only cash deposits/profits), debt instruments, and deposits in cash.

Clients wishing to be treated as Elective Professional clients shall provide the Company with the relevant evidence to prove the applicability of the abovementioned criteria that they confirmed and indicated to be applicable to them. Failure to provide evidence shall lead to the rejection of the request to be treated as Elective Professional client.
